KUCCPS HOLDS ISO RETREAT WORKSHOP AHEAD OF RECERTIFICATION AUDIT
ISO champions from various departments are participating in a workshop from 15th to 19th September 2025 in preparation of the upcoming ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) recertification audit.
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) on 7th November 2022.
This certification has enabled KUCCPS to:
- Enhance customer satisfaction
- Improve operational efficiency, and
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
It has also supported the organization in consistently delivering services that meet customer expectations as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, while minimizing errors and enhancing service reliability.
To maintain these high standards, the team is reviewing KUCCPS internal Standards of Operating Procedures (SoPs) to ensure continued compliance with ISO standards. This initiative underscores KUCCPS’ ongoing mission to provide effective and efficient customer-centered services.
